2. Consultation Services
- Requests for Refund: If you are not satisfied with a consultation session, please contact us within 3 business days of the service date to discuss your concerns.
- Resolution: We will review each request on a case-by-case basis. If we determine that the services provided did not meet the agreed-upon scope or quality standards, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund, or provide additional consulting time at no extra charge.
3. Digital Products and Downloads
- Due to the nature of digital assets, all purchases of digital templates, guides, or safety documents are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
- If you encounter a technical issue with a file, please contact us at info@aegissafetylogistics.com so we can provide you with a replacement or a corrected version.
4. Transportation and Logistics Services
- Refunds for transportation or logistics services are subject to the specific terms outlined in your Service Agreement signed at the time of booking.
- Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for any potential refund or credit.
5. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the initial transaction.
